are you using QFeedStart?
in the ReadMe file it says:

"Field Definitions and Usage notes:

Select All: This will build a "AutoUpdateServerList=true" ContinuumClient.ini .
This allows QCharts, on startup, to connect you to it's server of choice,
which can be an OK thing, or a not OK thing. It's up to the user to know
whether or not the connections QCharts makes automatically are in the
users best interest.
With "AutoUpdateServerList=true", the Ctl-Alt-N function is enabled.

Select Specific Server:
This will build a "AutoUpdateServerList=false" ContinuumClient.ini
In the example picture below, you will be connected to herndon-r03.
With "AutoUpdateServerList=false", the Ctl-Alt-N function is disabled.
Therefore, if you wish to be connected to a different machine, you must
exit QCharts and restart, a matter of a few seconds.
Note: If you check more than one server, only one will be selected. The
alphabetically highest. The others will be ignored."

<<I have the same problem -- imo the programers changed the functionality of <contrl alt N> although nobody at qcharts has yet to admit it.
I have to manually set the ini to get to a different server -- other than being unable to switch servers qcharts is running great>>
