Nope, as far as I know AMD has not mentioned where they got the process. If I were to guess, I would say Motorola. I just used the IBM figure because that is the only one I have for SOI and copper vs. just copper at the same geometries. I suspect that it would at least be close for any SOI process tuned more for performance rather than power consumption.

Hmm, I wonder if this is really how AMD will get the power consumption down for the portable versions?
