10:59 ET Cisco Reaction Overdone : Bear Stearns defending the following names: Altera (ALTR -3 7/16); Xilinx (XLNX -6 1/4); Cypress Semi (CY -4); PMC Sierra (PMCS -24 1/4). Firm says the reaction is overdone with the impact of CSCO already factored in the consensus numbers.
