To extrapolate the current income tax laws to the private sector would be to allow all those below a certain income level to walk out of the store with anything they want for free. The private sector has it pretty good now. As you may be aware MSFT and CSCO among other cos. pay no income tax. Those cos. among others don't need us to extrapolate the current income tax laws to them to get a break. They already walk out of the store with anything they want for free.
