Not really sure - the only variable that counters that is so much is PSYCHOLOGICALLY PENDING with SDLI and JDSU. This has been the only reason I have chosen not to jump into the fray except right after announcement. Tide will lift all boats but Market does not like suspension. This can be applied as well to RMBS BUT - every vendor signing erases just that much more ambiguity.
