Dear Bruce: To be honest, I dont like it. But its nothing personal to IDTI, all the tech firms seem to me to abuse the stock option program. I would LIKE to think that stock options are designed to provide a method of rewarding employees over a lifetime or at least a long period of time with a company. But too often they are used purely as something akin to salary or bonus. JDN
