I cant remember what he said at this point. Indeed I am getting old. Maybe Uncle Frank still has the wording. You are right about the potential benefits of block voting but what he said went way beyond that. And of course the danger of block voting is that the party you vote for ultimately takes you for granted.

I was thinking about the original offending post. I don't remember exactly what it said, but I think it was along the lines of certain groups of people voting consistently for the same party's candidates. If that's all it was, it would have been fine. But OLDRACIST also put in some disparaging remarks about the holocaust and Jews being "mollycoddled". I think that's the part that earned him his new "handle". And then kvvvcnm added his two cents that those that criticized the post were too "politically correct", thus solidifying his place in OLDRACIST's clubhouse. Dr.Id@recap.com

That way, politicians would need to listen to their concerns and not take them, and their support, for granted. You are so right but they don't understand that the politicians USE them. They are just pawns in the political arena as is anyone who truly believes these crooks are up there to help anyone other than themselves. Anytime anyone thinks this is not about power and money they need to consider the time and money that goes into these campaigns and compare that to the salary they will receive. Monty
