13:51 ET Pets.com (IPET) 3/16 -15/32 (-71.5%): Online pet retailer rolls over, after failing to raise additional capital. The company plans to sell the majority of its assets, including its Sock Puppet brand icon and other intellectual property. IPET says that out of the more than 50 prospects contacted for strategic and/or financial alliances, fewer than 8 were even prepared to visit with the company.... IPET folds less than 10 months after its initial public offering, which raised more than $70 mln.

I suspect we will see a few more of these this year before we are through.
