Tim, the holey one tends to perk up around conference calls, and then plunge soon thereafter (or even during), unless they deliver something exciting to take the believers' minds off the latest quarterly loss. I'm not sure I'd be ready to give it an all-clear until they get past their conference call.

By the way, speaking of Berg, he is committed to buying $12 million of holey stock at a discount to the trading price of the stock at the time the shares are put to him by the company. Sort of like a floorless convertible.
