Conventional political wisdom in Phila is that Gore has to come out of the city with 300k votes to take the state. Phila precincts uniformly report the heaviest turnout in memory. That would indicate a strong Gore vote citywide.
Drudge reports exit polls show Bush up 2+. That might reflect Bush vote in the largely Republican Phila burbs. M2
