Thanks Jill..... Does not the "gap" normally close...ie, either jdsu going up or sdli down, normally by time deal closes? Anyway, I went with the jdsu's simply because I am far more familiar with the company and have been a long term shareholder...and they are cheaper.....not in valuation mind you, but in cost, and with limited funds, I need to look at actual cost factor.
