Absolutely. Also for 300 mm wafers after that. Copper also, I believe, although Intel is doing copper along with 0.13. Looks like Intel starts moving production to 0.13, with copper, in 2001. 300 mm looks like 2002. Don't ask me how much equipment is involved with each new development.
