Don't forget that there is a huge baby boomer working population now and they are making"good" money and paying even more social security now (limits raised) so that the social security fund, which is used to fund the general fund, is helping "balancing the budget" The debt is still going up.

Credit goes to US soldiers, sailors and citizens. Especially because a lot of the bullets they took didn't feel 'cold' at all.

That's why Daddy Bush is a decent guy, imho. So was Carter. All the rest in the past 32 years couldn't fight their way out of a bucket of pate.
