Actually the rise in drug use is in doubt: we have an extensive "war on drugs" (really a war on the American people and their individual rights as you as a Libertarian know) and so we are arresting all sorts of people who were able to use drugs quietly before and not be considered criminals.

Libertarian? Harry Browne was perhaps the most logical guy in the race this year. That party has the greatest potential to become a force if they ever get it together.
