election - worst possibility would be a deadlock and no clear winner tonight, possibility of plurality (nemer that means most) winner not being the same as electoral college winner. slim chance. even worse scenario is a more complex dead-lock - slim to none chance.
next most serious concern would be sweep by one party. if one party were to sweep, it would likely be the republicans, winning white house and both houses. too much power in one party.
best result would be continued grid-lock, er, i mean, balance of power, with one party controlling white house and other the senate and or house.
then again, if Nader won, the DOW would probably plummet 12,000 points. not that i don't like Nader, its just what would happen if someone intelligent and honest became president. luck all. larry
