Missouri federal judge taints election. Says Board of Elections didn't give people opportunity to vote? In what way? Did the Board tell people it was on the wrong day? Did it open up the polls late this morning? Or was the judge simply told that Missouri needs more Democrat votes? My guess is it's the latter.
