Trafficant is truly an enigma. He is actually more conservative than most Republicans. The real irony is that he is from a very traditional democratic district near Youngstown. Don't know if you follow him at all but he is hilarious to see in action. Mr. "beam me up"

Interesting watching Fox News right now. A very subdued group of pundits who when told by Tony Snow that the exit polls were showing that large majority of voters thought issues were far more important personal qualities started to debate whether the word should have been character instead of qualities. I see Hilliary has just won NY and Pa has just gone Gore. Now the Fox types are debating the selection of Cheney over Ridge for VP. Smells like a wake.
