Kevin... LOL! If The Markets want gridlock, Gore had better win, right?

You give the President way too much credit for determining policy. If the Senate and House don't like his programs, not many will get through and to some extent, vice versa.

This isn't me speaking, this is what most major Market Players are saying... "We want Gridlock."

The last 8 years haven't been that bad and I sure as heck feel more comfortable with Gore's policies in 2000 than I did with Clinton's in 1992.

I think the reason many said they wanted Bush is because they were afraid the Republicans might lose the Senate or the House, but that doesn't look like that will happen.

I agree that they definitely did NOT want Gore if the House and Senate swung over to the Democrats but that isn't much of a worry.
