Jeffery:

I went to 10kwizard and here is what I found:

Westway Capital: They filed a 13F-HR on May 15th and claimed 894,795 shares of CCUR. Their 13F-HR on August 11th did not list ownership of any CCUR shares.

Primecap Management filed a 13F-HR on November 3rd and claimed ownership of 4,465,000 shares.

So it looks like only Westway headed for the exit.

To see all SEC filings that mention CCUR, go to:
10kwizard.com
Type in the name of our favorite company, click on "Resort Ascending" in the Date column and then go to the last page of filings.

To give us something to talk about while we wait for this "political delay" to get resolved I would be interested in guesstimates on what the Fed will do next week. Look at post #12889 for a starter.
