whether Clinton vetoes it or not is probably immaterial, as Israel would NEVER allow the UN in. at least i think so...it would be seen as too dramatic an infringement on Israel's sovereignty, and what it regards as largely an internal affair. what's more, the UN's resolutions w.r.t. Isael/Palestinian conflict have all been very pro Palestinian. i'd be very surprised to see ANY US president not toeing the Israeli line on this.
