Admittedly OT Response -

Democracy seems to be a peculiarly American mass delusion.

Freedom of choice? (LOL) Sure, you're free to choose -

Coke or Pepsi?

Pfizer or Merck?

Exxon or Mobil? (Oops, they're the same!)

Gush or Bore? (Oops, they're the same!)

AMD or Intel? (Hey, there might actually *be* a choice here ;-)

Paul, At 8 AM Bush leads by about 2000 votes and the military and other absentee votes will trickle in over the next 10 days. the military will probably go for bush, so on average is looks like Bush will win it, unless the recount finds errors, however I think Florida uses voting machines(anybody know this for sure??) and the vague and spoiled ballot situation in third world countries like Canada will not be an issue....so the USA has 10 days to stew and watch the pontification from the candidates.
