If it's a tie, I'd say yes. Typically the absentee ballots go republican but their are a lot of liberal snowbirds of late so it's probably not like it used to be...
Bush now only up 100k in FL with 86% on precicnts reporting.

The gap is narrowing noticeably in FLA.

OR is a puzzle to me but if it follows like other states with a large percentage of its population that's urban, Bush will carry in the early hours...most votes are coming in from rural areas...but then later the vote will go to Gore.....because the urban areas take longer to count their greater number of ballots.
