True enough. I haven't fully accounted for debt on my simple pricing model. I think it is likely that AMZN will pay down the debt with stock, which would dilute down the projection accordingly.

Alternatively, he might try to convert the bonds to X-mas gift-certificates on Amazon.... :-) :-)
