Excerpts:

The Israeli Government says there
has been a sharp drop in violence
involving Palestinians and has
announced a partial reopening of the
Palestinians' only international
airport...

One of the most emotive issues for
Palestinians in the present unrest is
the number of teenagers shot dead
by Israeli troops.

Israel has constantly accused the
Palestinians of using children in the
protests to gain international
sympathy, a charge the Palestinians
deny.

The Palestinian Information Minister,
Yasser Abed Rabbo, said Palestinian
political factions had decided to form
a committee "to discuss banning all
those under 16 years old from taking
part in the demonstrations."

Good idea, Mr. Rabbo. Form a committee. Of course since your position has been that you couldn't control the boys (Palestinian girls are so much more obedient for some reason), maybe you will be stymied by their insistence on martyrdom. Might I suggest you discontinue the cash payments to the parents, for starters? How about making the martyr age 18, even?
