ray, i suspect that the year 2000 we are seeing a shift from speculative high risk stocks to value stocks, the way we saw the shift away from value stocks to speculative high risk stocks in 99.

this is a version of the dawgs of the dow, a great contrarian philosophy.

just as they pronounced the ole eco dead on march 3, i would expect the new eco to be called something near flat line at the bottom.
