Gore could get more electoral votes while Bush get the popular vote. That allows the Electoral Collage to vote either way when they actually vote. A very good possibility is they will go with the popular vote since it's never happened otherwise.

NBC just declared Iowa for Gore.

It all hangs on Florida from here on out.

Tommy Thompson of Wisconsin believes both Wisconsin and Florida will go to Bush.
