Hi DD, If the past 8 years is any indication, the country seems to do just fine with a democratic President and a republican controlled Congress. Around 11 pm, when everyone was sweating out the presidential race, I was kinda of getting nervous about the Senate one. Looks like the Senate is 50/50 so committee leadership will depend on who the VP will be. Here's a fun fact for ya -- my son went to elementary school with Bush Sr.'s granddaughter -- a public school. Christmas 1992, my son's 2nd grade class got a "field trip" to .... the White House ... hosted by the First Lady. ...... no shortage of parent volunteers on that one. <ggg> Regards, Chris
