Agreed. In my college days I experimented with the occasional recreational substance, and I never robbed anyone or harmed anybody.

You missed the point of what I'm saying. To the Democrats and the others, you are the "exception". You are the person that has to suffer because "others" cannot control their actions when under the influence. Typical government thinking that a problem should be solved by looking at the consequences. Just because "you" can smoke a joint back in the day and still not be a burden on society is irrelavent. There are other macro-economic and social issues that decide whether or not drug use happens. It's the same as the stock market and big business.

I managed to graduate with nearly a 4.0 average.

Must have not been a very fun college. I didn't even get a 3.0, but hell it didn't matter because I had a computer degree. I was choosing between job offers when I had never even applied for anything when my friends with other degree's were contemplating going back to school because a 3.75 wouldn't cut it in the industry they chose.

<Prohibition was eventually outlawed, and I think existing draconian drug laws will be too. >

Agreed.... hopefully they'll wake up soon.
