I have sent an e-mail to my closest Democratic Senator who was not running for office this term asking about the Florida 1 mil. absentee ballots. May I recommend that each of you do the same. Here is the message: The absentee ballots in Florida seem to be quite out of proportion with the expected numbers. Is someone looking into the ballots to make sure all are legitimate? Please copy and paste and send it to your Democratic Senator.

Flapjack, This night has been something else. I've been sleeping on-and-off. And I had a bizarre dream. In my dream, I saw the race declared over and Gore won (which upset me as a Bush supporter). I had driven to Florida before the Gore call to see what was going on. After the Gore call, I was letting my wife drive home. My wife got lost (she always gets lost) and we stopped to ask for directions. A woman was walking away with two campaign flags - each one stating a different guy as President. I asked her for the Bush one. She said, "I can't give it to you. Go back and see how this ends." I woke up again. Bush was declared the winner. As I watched the next hour I realized that the dream had the candidate wrong (to get me attention), but it had the call right! Eerie Stuff! And, being fair, of the POA called states, Bush got every one they called for him.
