i never heard whether or not you you found more than one rundll32.dll file. #reply-14733565 i guess not, that would have been too easy.

additionally, the info i touched on and links i provided regarding dun1.3 and winsock2 #reply-14733689 , if that's what you end up needing, are not going to be solved by reinstalling win95.

a brief search for ms probs and solutions with the error you are getting points to the dun1.3 upgrade.

i installed both of these enhancements on my win95 machine and was much the better for it.

again, i would encourage reading release notes and installation notes. by doing so, you will find helpful details such as "If you encounter a "do you want to keep a newer file" dialog, always keep the newer file."

i'm writing this again to point you in this direction. you'll have to do your own research. you seem to be heading for a reinstall of win95. i've already given you my 2 cents on that.
