Well rationalization makes us blind to ourselves so you could be possibly correct. However, I heard of others tat agreed and read the National Geographic Study myself as far as the link in intelligence/education and poverty levels affecting birth rates so that part is not bigoted. Also knowing that the gay vote, minority vote is clearly Democratic as all polls show is also not so making the link seems straight forward and not faulty logic.

Therefore the only possible Bigotry lies in my assumption that this trend is not good for the country over all. The reason I think the way I do is as follows. Voters being tempted to the polls by cigarettes is obviously not representative of an informed public voting the issues. To take a longer term view, a uneducated poor work force becoming a majority and voting pro welfare against the minority that make the income someday is anti - Capitalist thus anti US history. We are a capitalist society and always have been. The country was founded on freedom from taxes and religion. We could eventually go full circle and be right back to be taxed to take care of a majority of poor and uneducated.

Think of it this way, Watch the late show sometime and watch the Jay walk where Jay Leno asks basic questions about things we learned in Grade school. Typical questions are, "What General led the fight in Desert Storm" Answer "George Washington". Or "Who did the Union army fight in the US Civil War" Answer "Germany". Question "Who was the first President" Answer "JFK" After the initial shock wears off, remember that these people vote and they voted Democratic. <ggg>
