<ot>Dear John - go to sleep <g>! At this point, one way or another, the results are in. It is a matter of recounting. Like the stk mkt, or a basketball game, shoulda coulda matter little. All three candidates, VP Gore, Gov Bush and Mr Nader have done their thing. Their supporters have done their thing. So, relax, sit back and watch the spectacle!

best, Bosco

"I live and vote in Palm Beach county and had no trouble understanding it."

boy, that's not the way congressman wexler from your district is saying it on CNN. he said he was confused by the fact that gore was second in the left hand column, but third in the right. he said he spoke to hundreds of voters outside the polling places who were upset that they may have voted for buchanan instead of gore. i guess buchanan got 3000 votes in that district when in other comparable districts the most buchanan got was 400.

"I suggest anyone who couldnt figure out that ballot shouldnt be voting in the first place."

they were predominantly seniors. i don't know if it's correct for us to draw conclusions that these people shouldn't be voting.

it's turning into a heck of a mess. but from what i hear, the confusion sounds very justified and confined to ballot design only in this district.

John, who are you or I to decide who could or could not vote? Should blind people be deprived of their votes? Should ballots be designed to confuse people.
