JW, I could not agree more with what you said. Gore has OJ syndrome, he thinks he is smarter than everyone else and that is dangerous. As you said that leads to micromanagement. I really think Bush's greatest strength is he realizes he is not that smart and surrounds himself with bright people. The ability to delegate and surround yourself with good advisers is what makes a good leader.
