I do not understand what a hupla? The only issue that drew people to polls in South Carolina was lottery, not Elections or taxes....And good people of SC want it <ggg>

I guess dead man can be elected as President too using the same analogy. The fact that a dead man can win a Senate seat throws the US electoral system into question. The election processing is still stay in the stone age to this "sole super power and democracy" of the world. Four states' voting results are now questionable. Nobody is even interested in talking about how to fix the problem, instead just covered up, no more recount.
