Lehman Brothers boosts Microsoft's (MSFT) price target to $115 from $85. MSFT closed at $70 1/2. upgrades Merck & Co (MRK) to "buy" from "ouperform." MRK closed at $86 7/8.
and upgrades CTXS upgraded from "outperform" to "buy"

JDS Uniphase says seeing robust growth in spending on fibre optic equipment. JDSU closed at $74 1/8.

Texas Instruments (TXN) and Microsoft (MSFT) unveiled an integrated wireless solution designed to support next generation (2.5G), GSM/GPRS-enabled wireless handsets and advanced mobile computing devices.
