Good report. As I suspected, the voters don't know what they are doing or what they did. Usually, the two parties cooperate in the design of the ballot and in the assignment of positions on the ballot. Looks like the Democrats did a poor job on the ballot design. As I said earlier the Chicago Democrats have solved that problem by preparing ballots in advance. That is why Gore won so handily here.
