OT - yes, this is really academic. I thought it was amusing if that happened [notice I use a counterfactual construct here :)!] That said, I don't think things should be done in haste. Lawyers can't dig their heels in w/o probable cause in this sort of matter. OTOH, this is a big deal. At least, "ASAP" is not what I ve in mind. I do think we should abide by the rules. If electoral college is the deal, then that's that, but I think this FL ballot situation must be revolved satisfactorily before the victor can claim the prize best, Bosco
