It is ironic that this happened. He always seems like that kid we hated in class with his hand up all the time. A smarter version of the guy on Welcome Back Kotter with his hand up all the time going oo oo oo Arnold Horchact

Come on Kirk, haven't you ever changed your call on a coin toss when it was in the air and you saw how it was going to land. .:-)

I wonder how it would play out if Gore conceded, Florida then did a recount and he was named the winner. Who would get the electoral votes?
