Last time I looked Jenner shallows and Jenner were located in Alberta in the western Sedimentary basin as is the 26 sections of land they hold in Northern Alberta.Jenner Shallows is being operated by Dalton Resources and Jenner(Jenner Crestar) is operated by Crestar....Better do some work there Rich.....that is in Alberta.

Then again don't want to get in a spitting match either but if you take a look at the deal these guys made for the properties in the Louisiana(3rd largest oil and gas producing state in the US excluding offshore which would make them the largest but it is federal)you would take the time to call Gary Malone at Osprey(President) and ask him why wells are choked back yet production right now is in excess of 720BOEPD.Ask him how they did this with only 1.5 million conv deb financing as well as 100,000.00 debt???.Ask him what amount of money was spent by UPR on the 12 wells in Cotton Valley and the value of equipment they acquired.Ask him if they are pouring existing cash flows back into bringing on more wells with remedial work only and no drilling.Ask him also if they get a 20% premium for the NG due to the high BTU rating.
Before one slams a company because they had the audacity to locate in NS and put a super deal together and are working to enhance shareholder value by acquiring property in the "prolific Cotton Valley Trend", one must do complete Due Diligence and that includes calling the company which you obviously have not done. This is not a pump and dump as it has been called.Annuals will be out shortly and although it only includes up until June 30, 2000 to get a better feel call the President and you will understand why I have made the statements I have made.Perhaps my exhuberance got the best of me when I was suggesting anything under 1.50 was a super buy.I still do and have been buying all along at 1.00 etc.
Liquidity has been a problem in the stock as it is so tightly held. Those that have it are holding and I might add buying more.By the way the President is Mr. Gary Malone and he can be reached at 1-902-543-5666.....
