JDN, rumor has it that a fleshly waxed Jeep was seen around Dade County slowing down traffic to a standstill; not allowing the whiteheads to get to the polls. Was this you?

Bob.

P.S.: Anyone know what the standard deviation is in poll taking. I have a feeling this thing is going to the House of Representatives.

Dear JDN: Further complicating the situation, I heard on the radio (while driving to get some newspapers) that there is a big stink over the ballot in one place. Something about people not realizing until after the fact that they had voted for Buchanan instead of Gore?

Anyway, I hit the jackpot and got a copy of a newspaper blooper. _The Day_ out of New London, CT has the headline:

BUSH DECLARED WINNER: Florida's 25 Electorial Votes Held the Key To White House

The article, by AP Political writer Ron Fournier, notes that, "It was 2:30 this morning when CNN declared Bush had won Florida--and the presidency..."

>We can only hope that both sides cheated equally.

Yes, I agree. I'm sure campaign workers on both sides pulled fast ones thinking they were being, "Helpful."

Regards,

Lynn
