Well, many of those Dems votes were fraudulent and obtained by illegal means such as bribes. So forget the appeal to popular vote, remembering also that before the election the AlGore the Junior team boasted that they would win precisely that way. Only hypocrites would argue the other way at this time.

Which brings us to AlGore the Junior's last hope - that electors will switch. That can happen, but is not likely as electors are party loyalists and Bush will have 278-9 votes. That means more than a few must switch.

And that ain't likely.
