What you fail to see is the holes staggered in the middle. That made it relatively easy... the stagger was like this... Bush.0 .......0 Buchannan Gore.0 When you puched the "0" with a pin, knocking out the spot on the underlying ballot that was inserted under the booklet. The voter has to take the responsibility here and have at least half a brain...
