U R looking at the wrong end of the process first. The first thing that needs to be done is enactment of SERIOUS campaign finance reform legislation. Money has completely corrupted the process. Im not talking about people like Steve Forbes or Corzine who use their own fortunes to ride their personal hobby horses. Im talking about huge amounts of corporate soft money. Get it out of the process. Then move on from there. M2
