You hit it on the head,,, the "powers that be" can in no way allow a person who won the popular vote lose AND the deciding factor being the "lesser" candidates brothers' state with tons of contoversies....if it does happen, this process will be scrutinized for years and Bush will go to Washington with a black cloud the size of Texas over his head......imo of course

bottom line. they will count the # of votes and that will be the final decision. no other factors will be counted - just plain ol' truthful #'s. We may have to wait for those absentees to get mailed in to get the real deal...
