Micheal.... Carpino says "low" today.... not rally today. Furthermore I'm told that since his predictions are made months in advance (must use the stars or something) that he could be off a day or two...however I've been watching this guys predictions and he seems to be spot on... don't know why. Today is projected as the low... so that should mean tomorrow we rally. I have no idea... really... If this is correct however... we should be buying on the lows today. OG
