You're kidding right, panhandle in Central time zone so polls were still open there when premature call went out. Got some NITE at 28 5/16 after Bush stated He thinks He won Florida.

that is NOT how it happened. they gave it to Gore after a small percentage of votes had been counted. There is no conspiracy, no tampering. if ANYTHING gore's camp is tampering.... "I accidently voted for the wrong person", " oh look at this, mysteriously a ballet box shows up on my step...wow...".... seems like espionage from Gore's side to me.. ciV
