Harvey and Yaacov, even if Gore wins, he won't get his plans against the drug industry approved because of the close congress vote. However, in the case of MSFT a gore win is very dangerous. So, the nervous traders are taking a wait and see approach. That is smart, imho.

EDIT: IMHO, it won't break support at 68...

Bush is an every-man-pulls-his-own-weight or father-gets-you-into-Yale sort of guy. It is doubtful any sort of public healthcare system will come into play while he is in office. Outlook for the drug-czars is bright again.

Half of my investments are in healthcare because nobody signs a check faster than a man in pain and price is never an issue. It will be interesting to see how many softies scream about the "drug monopolies" in 20 years. Of course, I will be there to justify my pharmacutical investments and remind them that they do have alternatives.
