GW, most canadians are far more conservative than me and cannot think outside the box. Like the "I was born a democrat/republican and I will die a democrat" mentality of some people, where in fact people should feel able to change who they vote for fairly easily. Those boxes were in a supervisors office still sealed, so I can accept that. I think they have multiple seals from assorted watchers, not easy to mess with them and they get opened with many watchers as they count them...maybe a US person can tell us? bill
