Michael, Here's the P&F perspective. Notice the consecutive higher lows..represented by the bottom of each string of "O's".. 3250 would be a good place to move higher although a move to 3200 would still be a higher low. From there a move to 3500-3600 would not be out of the question. Hope this helps you make a decision.
