The problem is, both premises are bogus. There is no funny business proven, nor any reason to expect that it will be, and until the absentee ballots from all states are counted, we will not know who won the popular vote..........

The electoral college system should be looked at, and possibly changed, but not this election. Both campaigns played by the electoral college rules, and designed their strategies based on that. If we make changes, they should be in 2004.
